Your business works.
Your website should too.

I design and build custom websites for service businesses, connected to how you already quote, book and follow up. Less time on admin, more time on the work that pays.

Websites start at $5,000. Every standing price is on this site, not hidden behind a sales call.

The problem

Signs your website isn’t doing its job

  • Ignored.

Someone hears about you or finds you in a search, looks at your site, and still doesn’t reach out.

  • Waiting.

Quotes and bookings wait until you’re off the job and back at your phone.

  • Abandoned.

Your last developer built something, sent the invoice and went quiet.

  • Generic.

You paid for a template that looks like everyone else’s and didn’t fix anything.

The fix

A website that does part of the job for you

I start with how your business runs, not with a template. Then I build the site around it: the questions you ask on every quote call, the way you book, the system you keep customers in.

  1. Quote form

People who hear about you can check you out and book without having to call first.

  2. Payment details

Routine admin happens without you, so the week goes to paying work.

  3. New customer in CRM

Your customer information stays complete, because the site collects it the same way every time.

How it works

What happens after you book

See how websites work
  1. Discovery

We talk about your business, your customers and where your time goes. You get a written quote before any work starts.

  2. Structure and copy

I map the pages and write the words in your customers’ language. You review and approve them.

  3. Design

You see the site before it’s built and tell me what’s off.

  4. Build

I build it and connect it to your booking, intake and CRM, then test it.

  5. Launch

The site goes live and I show you how everything works.

  6. After launch

    Management

Your plan keeps the site secure, updated and running, with dev time each month for changes. I don’t disappear after launch.

SEO

Already have a site? Start with an audit.

Audit, $1,250

A plain-English report on your site, with a baseline of your traffic, rankings and conversions so later results can be proven.

Fix

If it’s yellow or red, $500 of the audit goes toward the fixes, if you sign within 90 days of your walkthrough call.

Growth Plan

Ongoing SEO from $1,500 a month, with a 6-month minimum. SEO takes months, and I’ll say that up front.

See how the audit works

Verdict: is your site ready for SEO?

  • Green

Ready for SEO. We go straight to a Growth Plan.

  • Yellow

    Fixable without rebuilding the site.

  • Red

The site itself is the problem, so a rebuild comes first.

Blaire McCune

Who you’ll work with

One person, from first call to every update after launch

I’m Blaire McCune. Before Orion Digital, I spent six years as a data governance consultant for Fortune 100 companies in energy, pharmaceuticals and food manufacturing. The work was finding where bad information was quietly costing a business money, then building the checks that stopped it.

I bring the same approach to small businesses: find what’s actually broken, fix it with evidence, and be honest about what it costs.

No surprises

  • Someone stays responsible.

Every site stays on a management plan, so it never sits unattended after launch.

  • Decisions with evidence.

Recommendations come from your discovery call, audit, search data and analytics, not a hunch.

  • Plain English.

No jargon you’d need to look up. When a technical detail matters, I explain it in a sentence and tell you why it affects your business.

  • An honest no.

If SEO won’t pay off for your business, I’ll tell you at the audit, before you commit to a retainer.

Start with a conversation

Book a discovery call. We’ll talk about your business, not web jargon. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so.

A 20-minute conversation about your business: what's working, what isn't and where your time goes. No preparation needed.
